My name is Jeannette Zehnder. I grew up in Switzerland. My mother was born
in France and is an excellent chef.
She gave me many of her amazing recipes, which I adapted to my vegan lifestyle, which I switched to a couple of years ago.
I am really excited about sharing some of my own food creations with you.
My story
I firmly believe that our health depends on our diets, and I know for a fact that eating (raw) vegan food is the way to go. I was living on a raw fruit diet all Summer, and I had lots of energy on only a few hours of sleep.
On Thanksgiving, my husband insisted on cooking a “full-fledged” dinner with turkey, vegetables, mashed potatoes and a glass of red wine. A couple of days before Thanksgiving, the Government announced visiting restriction due to COVID-19 again, and we were not able to invite his son and daughter-in-law for the delicious dinner. I felt sorry for him sitting at the table and eating his dinner alone, so I joined him.
Ever since then, we have been eating cooked suppers again, and we are both feeling the negative effect of having reduced energy. Last week I decided to move back into a raw diet slowly. Today will be the first day in about 6 weeks to eat completely raw, with a fruit meddle for breakfast, a mini watermelon and pineapple for lunch and salads for dinner. I know that we will need fewer hours of sleep, and our energy levels will be much higher again.

I want to help you all reach the ultimate goal of excellent health and abundant energy. I know we are all busy with work, families, household and jobs. That’s why we can all use more energy and more waking hours in a day.
I created this website is to share many amazing vegan recipes with you. Most of them will be with raw ingredients only.
